Marking a Food Place

1. Facilities

The first thing that will be noticed would be the ambiance of a food place, including the cleanliness and interiors. It sets the mood of a person for a good dining experience.

2. Customer Service

Obviously, this is very important. Pissing a customer off is a BIG NO NO. Courtesy, knowledge of the product and the food place, attentiveness are some of the factors under this criteria. Everyone of us wants to dine in a place where we can really feel that CUSTOMER IS KING.

3. Food

Of course, this is the core or essence of a food place! Similar to how we would review food products/brands, we will be looking at the flavors, texture, consistency, and authenticity of the food when marking a food place.
